Nature of the service
Qpermits is administrative software. It does not make regulatory decisions; authorized officials remain responsible for approvals, issuance, tariffs and adjustments.
Regulatory configuration
The tariff and policy configuration is a draft based on the Landsbesluit telecommunicatierechten, AB 2003 no. 83 (consolidation of 11 November 2013). It requires validation and is not a statement of current law. Qpermits is not endorsed by any government.
